  • What is The Younger Better Stronger Program?

    The New Younger Better Stronger Program (YBS) is a groundbreaking first-of-its kind program that can be delivered through personal sessions with the founder Phil Kaplan, through retaining one of Phil’s expert coaches, or, you can get the entire program online as a download or interactively.

  • What is required?

    You have to change the way you eat, think, and move, but the strategy is designed to be real-life, do-able by anyone, and customizable to your particular circumstance.  You can do the entire program at home (or in any gym anywhere), need only a couple of pair of dumbbells, an exercise band, a medicine ball, and a stability ball (less than $100 investment in any sporting goods store), and do not need any special foods (although you’ll be encouraged to make better supermarket choices than most people).

  • How long is the program?

    It’s an 8-week program designed to teach participants lifestyle elements and behaviors that can last a lifetime.  There is a preliminary week and a post-program routine making the entire experience 10 weeks in duration.
