The New Younger Better Stronger Program (YBS) is a groundbreaking first-of-its kind program that can be delivered through personal sessions with the founder Phil Kaplan, through retaining one of Phil’s expert coaches, or, you can get the entire program online as a download or interactively.
You have to change the way you eat, think, and move, but the strategy is designed to be real-life, do-able by anyone, and customizable to your particular circumstance. You can do the entire program at home (or in any gym anywhere), need only a couple of pair of dumbbells, an exercise band, a medicine ball, and a stability ball (less than $100 investment in any sporting goods store), and do not need any special foods (although you’ll be encouraged to make better supermarket choices than most people).
